Earning Points
Every time you fly with ValueJet, you earn ValuePoints. The number of points earned per flight is determined by the route, fare and class of travel. ValuePoints can be used for upgrade into Premium Economy or to book a reward ticket.
Asides these, bonus points are also earned on each flight by higher tier members.
5% bonus points for Silver members

Redeeming Points
You can choose to reward yourself with a ticket or an upgrade upon attaining the requiring point threshold. You also nominate your spouse, friend, child or parents to use your points. Points are valid for 3 years after which they expire if left unused.

Claiming Missing Points
You can claim points from past flights with ValueJet if the flight is not more than 90 days old. Claims can be made online via the membership portal. Alternatively, requests for claims should be sent to valueflyer@valuejet.com
