His vision is unique and creative in setting up ValueJet and this has made him brought together an excellent team helping to create an airline where everyone can fly.

Omololu has over 35 years flying experience in all categories of commercial passengers and cargo operations. He has been in the Aviation ecosystem for many years as an airline pilot both at home and abroad. He is also a successful airline and aviation management professional.
He served as international coordinator at Thai Flying Airlines, Thailand. His management experience covers commercial flight operations, serving as Director of Flight Operations & Safety Management. He has also served as fleet captain in various airlines including heavy lift cargo before helping to start-up ValueJet. Trevor takes charge of developing the commercial strategic business plan of the airline, with the key focus being on the sales distribution of the airline products and services, and in turn, to generate revenue through direct and indirect sales channels.

Yewande's aviation career kicked off in 1985 as an Aircraft Maintenance Radio Engineer at Bristow Helicopters, from where she transitioned to become the first female Flight Engineer in West Africa in 1996 on the Boeing 727 at ADC airlines in Nigeria.

Engr. Samuel Engr. Marcus started work as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with EAS airline in 1997 and later moved to Chanchangi Airlines and Aero Contractors as a B1 Certifying Engineer on Line & Base Maintenance between 2006 & 2013 respectively and became the Line Maintenance Manager at Aero Contractors between 2013 & 2015.
He then moved to Azman Airlines as the Head of Maintenance between 2015 & 2020. His last role was at Airpeace Airlines as the Chief Inspector/Quality Control Maintenance before joining the ValueJet family.Engr. Samuel Marcus

He is a veteran security associate with over ten years of managerial experience and well knowledgeable in the implementation of network-wide operational security standards and procedures in accordance with international security legislation and has demonstrated expertise in building grounds personnel and asset protection, excellent observational, problem-solving and decisions making skills combined with detail-oriented nature. He has an unparalleled integrity, sound judgment, familiar with various weaponry, well trained in successful strategies for emergency response and de-escalating conflicts.

Imaabin Elliot (ACCA) is a qualified accountant with over ten (10) years practical experience in management consulting, external audit, financial reporting, budgeting and accounting.
He is an alumnus of two of the big four audit firms. He is skilled in finance transformation, external audit, financials statement preparation, budgeting, IFRS and business management.
Elliot brings a wealth of experience garnered from his multi sector experience such as Oil and gas, FMCG, Power and Utilities, Mining, shipping and consulting.
He also has knowledge of data and business analytics using python and Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau and Power BI.

Oluwatoyin Ogunsolais a well-grounded Legal practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She is successful in intense and demanding environments, with a proven track record in providing decisive team leadership and structure.
She obtained an LLB from the Obafemi Awolowo University with a distinction in international trade and investment law and was after that called to the Nigerian Bar. She graduated from the University of Pretoria, obtaining an LLM in International law with a distinction in International Human Rights law. She also obtained a Certificate in Gender Equality from the Centre for Human Rights, University of Pretoria.
She started her professional career with Deji Sasegbon and Associates, a law publishing and practicing firm in Lagos, Nigeria, where she worked as a legal researcher. She moved on to Women’s Aid Collective in Abuja, Nigeria, a non-governmental organization where she worked as a legal officer in women and children’s issues. There, she developed an interest that led her to work with Oxfam Great Britain in Southern Africa as the Regional HIV and AIDS Communications officer while undergoing her LLM program. Upon her return to Nigeria, she worked with Women in Successful Careers (WISCAR) as the Executive Secretary and with Parkway Microfinance Bank as the Head of the Legal department and Secretariat. She moved on to Head Legal Services with Konga Online Nigeria Ltd. and currently works with ValueJet as the Head of the Legal Department.
