ValueJet thanks you for your patronage and rewards you with points to be redeemed in return. So, start to earn points from your very first flight with ValueJet by joining the ValueFlyer loyalty program by signing up on www.flyvaluejet.com
We believe our regular travellers deserve special rewards. So as soon as you join our loyalty program, ValueFlyer, you can start collecting points with every flight you take with us. You'll earn Points for each one-way journey, so you can quickly gather enough to turn reward points into reward tickets, and you'll only pay taxes.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the small print of the program, so you know everything there is to know about ValueFlyer.

1.General

1.1.

Each eligible person applying for ValueFlyer membership in the Program accepts and agrees to abide by the Terms and Conditions
set out in the contractual relationship between ValueJet and each member of ValueFlyer. ValueJet will receive, store,
and process the provided data of members to administrate the aspects of ValueFlyer as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
Members consent to receive marketing communications concerning our range of products and services at the time of signup,
which does not affect your right to later opt-out of the email marketing communications.

1.2.

ValueJet reserves the right without prior notice to modify (in whole or part) and to terminate the Program at any time. Modifications may concern rules of the Program, membership conditions, the number of Points required for different destinations, the period of validity of Points, or the number of Points earned by fare category or routing.

1.3.

ValueJet reserves the right, without giving reason at its sole discretion, to rescind or refuse membership of ValueFlyer.

1.4.

ValueJet reserves the right to terminate ValueFlyer at any time but will use its reasonable endeavours to give at least three (3) months' notice to Members. The termination notice will be published on the ValueJet website: www.flyvaluejet.com

1.5.

Each member should have their own unique personal email address.

1.6.

It is not permitted to use the email address of a travel agent or similar establishments.

1.7.

Points are not transferable between different membership numbers.

1.8.

ValueJet reserves the right without giving notice to the Members to audit their accounts and records for compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

2.Membership

2.1.

ValueJet reserves the right without giving notice to the Members to audit their accounts and records for compliance with the Terms and Conditions.

2.2.

Persons under 18 years of age, staff of ValueJet, its parent, affiliated, and associated companies are excluded from joining the Program.

2.3.

Organisations, corporations, and other entities cannot be enrolled as a Member.

2.4.

ValueFlyer Membership is free of charge.

2.5.

Membership is offered at the discretion of ValueJet and ValueJet reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel Membership of any applicant who does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.

2.6.

Applicants accepted as Members will be given a Membership Number. A Member may not have multiple Memberships, and thus each Member must maintain only one account. Upon activating their membership, Members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2.7.

Membership termination may occur:

2.7.1.if a Member fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions

2.7.2.upon the wish of a Member at any time by written notice

2.7.3.upon the death of the Member

2.7.4.If a member physically assaults a ValueJet staff

2.7.5.If a member behaves unruly onboard any ValueJet operated flight

2.8.

Upon Membership termination, all accumulated Points will be cancelled

2.9.

Members are responsible for the security of their login and password details and ValueJet shall have no liability whatsoever in the event:

2.9.1.that a Member's login and or password is disclosed by the Member, whether intentionally or not, so as to allow a third person access to the data and or to make any transactions

2.9.2.the Member's card is used fraudulently

3.Points

3.2.

Members are eligible to receive Points for travel in eligible booking classes (Y, S, B, H, K, L, M, N, O, Q, T) on scheduled flights operated and marketed by ValueJet. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged other than for Reward flights under the Program. Points are not awarded on codeshare or interline flights where ValueJet is not the operating carrier.

3.3.

Only public fares are eligible for Points. Any negotiated, inclusive tour, free or complimentary tickets are not eligible for Points.

3.4.

It is possible to claim missing Points for flights taken in the past ninety (90) days by filling a non-accredited flight request form. The Member has responsibility to ensure that their Membership number is entered in their flight reservation record before the flight. Members should remind their travel agent or ValueJet ticketing staff to enter the ValueFlyer number.

3.5.

Points will automatically expire after thirty-six (36) months and expired Points will be automatically deducted from your account. ValueJet recommends that you use your Points rather than have them expire.

3.6.

Points are not credited for unused, lost or refunded tickets.

3.7.

Provided the Member's account number is in the airline reservation record prior to departure, Points will automatically be credited to a Member's account after the flight. In the event a flight is cancelled, no Points will be earned.

3.8.

In case of any errors (Points credited or debited incorrectly, etc.) ValueJet reserves the right to correct the account of any Member.

4.Reward Flights

4.1.

As soon as a member's account has reached the required Points level a Reward ticket can be requested online at www.flyvaluejet.com or by sending a mail to valueflyer@flyvaluejet.com at least 7 business days before the intended date of travel.

4.2.

ValueJet reserves the right to change the conditions regarding the number of Points required to obtained a Reward and to cancel Reward offers. All Reward tickets are subject to the applicable taxes, fees and charges for which the Member will be liable. It is not possible to use Reward Points to pay for a ticket that has already been booked.

4.3.

Open-dated Reward tickets are not allowed.

4.4.

All Reward tickets are subject to seat availability and to capacity controls (adjusted at ValueJet's sole discretion) in the designated ValueFlyer booking class. The number of seats for Reward tickets is limited, even on flights which are not fully booked. Reward ticket availability is subject to other restrictions including 'blackout' periods and operational limitations.

4.5.

Points cannot be combined with cash or any other form of payment to get a reward ticket. Taxes been the exception.

4.6.

Once issued, Reward tickets are subject to the same Conditions of Carriage and the same Fare Rules and Conditions as a ValueJet full fare ticket, e.g., a change fee will apply for an itinerary change and or no-show penalty. Changes to Rewards bookings are permitted only in respect of date, time and route, provided that the new route, date or time selected would, as at the date the change is requested, require the redemption of the same number of Points as was redeemed in making the original booking. Name changes are not permitted.

4.7.

If the Reward ticket is not used, Points will be forfeited and not recredited to the Member's account. Where a Reward ticket is not used, the Member may apply for a refund of airport taxes (an administration fee may apply).

4.8.

Reward tickets will not be awarded on codeshare flights where ValueJet is not the operating carrier. Excess baggage allowance payments or other ancillary services do not qualify for Points.

4.9.

ValueJet reserves the right to limit Point redemptions to 129,600 Points per member, per year.

4.10.

Reward tickets are not redeemable for cash, refundable or exchangeable. At no time may Reward tickets be purchased by, sold to, bartered or otherwise transferred to other persons and ValueJet would confiscate Reward tickets in such circumstances.

5.Data Protection

5.1.

ValueJet collects personal data from you when you register as a Member of ValueFlyer. ValueJet also collects personal data when you reference your ValueFlyer membership while booking through ValueJet's website, contact centre and ticketing outlets and when you register to participate in ValueFlyer marketing programs and competitions. The personal data is used for general management of your ValueFlyer membership as described in these Terms and Conditions. It is also used for the management and administration of the ValueFlyer scheme, for accounting and auditing purposes, systems testing and development, direct marketing, and market research.

5.2.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you are consenting to provide your personal data for the purposes set out in terms of 5.1 above. If you indicate your agreement to receive special offers by email, your personal data will be used for direct marketing. Your personal data is processed and managed by ValueJet.

5.3.

You may update or correct data held in your ValueFlyer Membership by valueflyer@flyvaluejet.com

5.4.

Unless ValueJet is required by a competent authority to release such information your personal data will not be sold, exchanged or released to any third parties without your explicit consent.

5.5.

ValueJet may update or change the privacy policy Terms and Conditions as required. If the changes are material, we will notify Members on our website for a period of thirty (30) days of these changes.
